When you place an order or make an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, and any message or artwork information you send.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card details.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, respond to your enquiry, provide design and proofing services, send order confirmations and updates, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

We share information only with the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending order and enquiry emails), Vercel (website hosting), and delivery or print partners where required to complete your order. These providers only receive what they need to perform their service.

Our website stores your shopping cart in your browser so it is still there when you return. We may use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load; this does not identify individual visitors.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
