Terms of Service

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown on the website apply at the time you order. We may correct pricing errors, and if we do we will contact you before proceeding.

An order is accepted when we confirm it with you. Many products are made to order, so we may contact you to confirm details, artwork or finishes before production begins.

You are responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, details and layout of any artwork or proof before approving it. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all text, images and logos you supply, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed materials, and between paper stocks and finishes. Printed colour may not match your screen exactly.

Because our products are custom printed for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for what happens if there is a problem with your order.

Wedding websites are custom-built services. After you order, we will contact you to gather the details we need, such as names, date, venue, colours, photos and RSVP requirements. The timing of your website depends on receiving that information from you.

Where a domain name is included, it is subject to availability and to the registry's rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality and match their description.

Subject to those rights, our liability is limited, where the law allows, to the cost of replacing or reprinting the goods or the price you paid for them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
