Shipping Policy

Orders can be collected from our studio at 2 Coolum Terrace, Coolum Beach QLD 4573. We will let you know when your order is ready, so please wait for that message before visiting.

We deliver to addresses within Australia using tracked Australia Post Parcel Post. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and priced using Australia Post's flat-rate satchel sizes. Larger items, such as signs, A-frames, flags and banners, do not fit in a satchel, so delivery for those is confirmed with you by email after you order. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier.

Most products are made to order, so production time varies depending on the product, the finish and the size of your order. If you have an event date or deadline, tell us when you order and we will advise whether we can meet it.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if damaged, photos of the goods and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to fix it.
