Rounded corners to custom shapes
A die is a custom-made cutting blade. It trims the card in a single pass, so every edge is identical. The simplest die-cut card has rounded corners, in 3 mm, 6 mm, 10 mm or 24 mm radius, and any combination of corners is possible. A tighter radius looks subtle, while 24 mm gives a soft, almost pill-like shape.
Beyond corners, we can cut custom shapes to suit your logo or brand. Tell us the shape you have in mind and we will check what is possible.
Size and stock
A die-cut rounded-corner card is typically 86 x 50 mm. Custom sizes and trims are also possible. Rounded corners cost the same as our standard Every Day card: printed on 350 gsm board, with no coating or a gloss coating. Want a different combination of corners, or a custom shape?
