- Standard size is 90 x 54 mm, with 90 x 55 mm also available. Rounded corners (3, 6, 10 or 24 mm) and drilled holes (3 to 8 mm) are available on request.
Why thickness matters
The weight of a card is measured in gsm, grams per square metre. The higher the number, the thicker and stiffer the card. At 420 gsm, our Premium card is the thickest standard card we print, and you notice it the moment it is handed over.
A thicker card does not bend in a wallet, holds a crisp edge, and tells the person receiving it that you pay attention to detail.
The surface
Both sides are covered in matt cello, a thin protective film that gives a smooth, flat surface with no glare. It protects your colours from scuffs, keeps dark backgrounds deep and even, and photographs beautifully.
Matt cello is also the surface that foil and spot UV are applied over, so a Premium card is the natural base if you want to add either one later.
