- Standard size is 90 x 54 mm, with 90 x 55 mm also available. Rounded corners (3, 6, 10 or 24 mm) and drilled holes (3 to 8 mm) are available on request.
Foil with depth
Standard foil lies flat on the surface. Raised foil is pressed so the metallic area stands up from the card, giving the design real height. The edges catch the light as the card moves, and the raised shape is easy to feel with a fingertip.
Because the card does the work, simple designs look best: a logo, a monogram, a fine border or a line of lettering.
Stock and foil colours
Raised foil needs a thick, firm board to hold the shape, so we print it on our 420 gsm Deluxe Artboard. Foil can be applied over a matt or velvet finish or on uncoated card, but not over gloss.
Choose from gloss gold, matt gold, rose gold, gloss silver, matt silver, copper, black, navy blue, electric blue, magenta or red. Raised foil costs a little more than our flat Premium Foil card, and you choose your quantity and foil colour when you order.
